A revamped old motor inn on the edge of the city. Think black and white postered wallpaper, rock prints in the hallyways, kinda kitsch but cute and so reasonable on the wallet. The pool and bar on the rooftop are perfect for summer days and nights. Most of the rooms are pretty small but the Penthouse is DOPE and so are some of the larger suites.

Set in the heart of southbank, The Langham comes highly reccomended form everyone that stays. Rooms are a decent size and quite tastefully decorated in a French style.

120 years later this Melbourne beauty has been renovated to maintain old world charm but new world comforts. The 25 rooms are quite small but the real attraction of this place is the downstairs bar (one of the biggest freestanding bars in the country) and a great restaurant with an English feel. Real food from paddock to plate with Victoria’s best produce.

What happens at Crown stays at Crown. Casino decadence and still the only place in Melbourne where tipping the concierge actually gets things done. If you have money to spend enjoy the villas with private entrances on the top floors, seriously they are made for rockstars.
