Saffire, 2352 Coles Bay Road, Freycinet Peninsular, Tasmania

LOCATION: Set on the eastern coast of Tasmania on the Freycinet Peninsular, one of the most beautiful places on the whole island. This hotel overlooks Coles Bay Beach, and the iconic Wineglass Bay lies just beyond it.

DINING:
Palate‘s menu changes from day to day depending on what local produce is available. The a la carte and degustation menus have a strong emphasis on local seafood, regional meat and dairy, and fruits and vegetables grown on site.

Treat yourself to a signature Jewel Collection facial at Spa Saffire; the deluxe facials feature use advanced technology to
release the unique skin beautification qualities of sapphire, gold and diamond.
RATES: Double rooms start at 1,420 AUD. Rates include breakfast, lunch, mini-bar, activities, a welcome spa treatment, and open bar till 6.30pm.
