With a frontman that has the ability to ace every single cover-song that he sings, it’s not surprising that About Group‘s first single from their upcoming album is a re-versioning of Terry Riley’s 1967 track ‘You’re No Good’. While Alexis Taylor’s more-than-successful attempts at Prince’s ‘Nothing Compares to You, New Order’s ‘Temptation’, and Joy Division’s ‘Transmission’ are hardly forgotten with this newest endeavour, it’s certainly a track he can add to his growing list of covers that rival their originals.
